    Ride with a Local
This ride is approximately 7 miles of intermediate (blue) and advanced (black) trails in the nearby Adobe Jack trail system, departing from and returning to the festival grounds. Trails will include both the technical and fun/flowy aspects of Sedona riding (trails include parts of Teacup, Jordan, and Grand Central). This ride will be at a moderate pace, but also allow time to session technical features. The route was designed with some climbing on the road to maximize descending on the trail, but there will definitely be some challenging trail climbing as well. Pack water and snacks! Meet and sign in at the VVCC tent at least 10 minutes before start time. Limit 10 riders.
  • The Club Ride 30. All participants will get a free pair of Club Ride socks and one full kit ( shirt, pants and socks) will be raffled off amongst the participants who complete the ride. Cross-country tour of the Gateway trails with locals Mike Coyne and Jan Schmidt. This is a strenuous 30 mile ride with about 3000 ft of climbing. The pace will be relatively brisk. We will stop at intersections to regroup, but the agenda is to keep the train rolling while experiencing the flow in Sedona. It will be a mix of intermediate and expert trails with some exposure. Meet and sign in at the VVCC tent 10 -15 minutes before take off. Make sure to pack plenty of water, food and supplies to be out for 4+ hours. Limit 10 riders.
  • This is a ride for women who want to enjoy Sedona’s trails with long-time local riders, Pam and Jamie, in a non-competitive environment. We will be riding about 8 miles of intermediate (blue) and advanced (black) trails in the nearby Adobe Jack trail system. Fun, flowy, and challenging downhills are followed by intermediate climbs. This ride will be at a chill pace of about 2.5 hours. Meet and sign in at the VVCC tent near the Main Stage @ 10 am, limit 6 women.
  • Ride with a Local!
Join Sedona local, Cameron Wylde & Carlos Gonzales, for some of Sedona's most scenic and fun singletrack. Trails will include Girdner, Outer Limits, and Skywalker. Expect mostly fast intermediate trails, with some tech and brief exposure. This loop is about 20 miles, with approximately 1,700 feet of climbing. As is typical for Sedona, climbing is often punchy, so this is a physically demanding ride. We will need to maintain a steady pace to complete the full loop. Plan for about 3 hours of moving time, and pack plenty of water and snacks. Meet and sign in at the VVCC tent by the Main Stage at least 10 minutes before ride time. Limited to 10 riders.
  • Ride with a Local, Women's Ride
Local riders, Marcella and Tracy will take you on a ride through the beautifully quiet Carrol Canyon. Plan for 2 – 3 hours, no drop, and with techie sessioning along the way. Meet and sign in at the VVCC tent near the Main Stage @ 10:45am, limit 10 Advanced/Intermediate women.
  • Join Sedona locals, Maher Masri and Arturo Saldana , for some of Sedona's scenic and fun singletrack. Trails will include Snake, Girdner, Chuck Wagon, Long Canyon, Deadman's pass and Mascall trails. Expect mostly intermediate trails, with some tech and brief exposure. This loop is about 12 miles, with approximately 1,200 feet of climbing. We will have several opportunities to session punchy technical climbs. Plan for about 2-3 hours of moving time, depending on number of riders and skill levels. Pack plenty of water and snacks. Meet at, or take the shuttle, to the Dry Creek shooting range . Limited to 10 riders.

Please join us for the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival - the VVCC's largest fundraiser of the year!

In addition to the Beer Booth Token Sales, the VVCC will have two pop-ups next to the beer booth like last year with snacks, refreshments and chairs for volunteers and members to hangout and relax. And, we have a couple new volunteer opportunities outside of Beer Token Sales in 2025.

"Lounge" Hosts will welcome VVCC members to the "Lounge", answer questions from members and festival goers, ensure the snacks, ice and coolers are full and put things away at the end of the day. You'll be the Host for the "Lounge" during your shift.

Each volunteer shift earns you a free token to be redeemed at the beer garden.  Training will be provided, so no worries about what you're supposed to do. We'll ensure you are well supported!

In addition to volunteering, there are many fun ways to enjoy the Festival. This year there will be a photo wall, like our Holiday Party. Reach out if you want to contribute.

Here's the full Festival line-up.

Friday, March 14th at 6:30pm there will be a 20 min documentary about the creation of the new Hardline trail, VVCC members will be featured!

Friday, March 14th at 6:30pm and 8:30 pm at the Mary D Fisher Theater. A night of film celebrating some of the leading cinematography and storytelling in mountain biking.
